Has anyone ever heard of the horn of the icebox vibrating off? I looked under my driver side a week ago and it was was still there. This morning it's gone

Part of my fender lining is missing on that side, so the horn was exposed if you look down there. hmm so sad

Either I installed it incorrectly 6 months ago (pretty sure i had everything snug and correct, read directions 3x over and looked over everything 3x) or someone reached behind the fender lining and snatched the horn. lol
