Code PO139 - O2 circuit slow response
Has anyone changed out their second O2 sensor and not been able to clear the code.
History:
2006 6MT runs perfect. Got a "Check Emissions" light about a year ago. Pulled the following code:
Code: PO139 - O2 circuit slow response
Bank 1, Sensor 2
The code was for the second O2 sensor that monitors the catalytic converter. I cleared the code since no safety issue. Code came back 6 months later. Cleared one more time and came back another 6 months later. Decided it was time to change the sensor. Bought a Bosch universal O2, climbed under the car, and swapped out the sensor. Not too hard, took about an hour. Hardest part was cracking the installed sensor loose.
Installed the new sensor and thought I was all set and cleared the old code. Unfortunately 2 days later the same code came back. I was not smart enough to keep the orginal sensor to check if it really was bad. Not sure what to do next. The dealer will read the same code and probably just want to install an OEM sensor which would run $500 with labor. I could buy an OEM version myself and install at about another $200.
Has anyone used Bosch O2 sensors successfully? I assume the output the same voltage as OEM versions. I do not think it is a connection in the wiring harness, but could be wrong.
Suggestions welcome.

Correct Acura TSX Code P0139 "Secondary Heated Oxygen Sensor (Secondary HO2S (Sensor 2)) Slow Response"
Only trouble shooting is clearing condition, testing, and either locating/fixing loose connection at sensor or ECU or replacing sensor.
2 potential issues: 1 is you changed the wrong sensor...2 is incompatible sensor/bad wiring.
Sensor 2 is located in the side of the cat with a long cable that goes to a connector at the front edge of the passenger seat, under the carpet by the rail. A/F sensor is located before the flex pipe...shorter cable.
Check your connections if you changed the correct sensor.
