i recently did the axles in my 04 tsx 6sp. now on the initial release of the clutch in any gear moving or not theres a clunk noise comin from the tranny. its not the motor mounts checked those. and now theres a slight shake from 15-20 mph. could it be low on fluid?

 

Which axles did you use? Could be a balance issue and would talk to the manufacturer of them for warranty. Are you sure you seated them correctly?

 

i used drive shaft shop axles. ive done about 4k miles since ive put them in. how do i check to see if they are seated correctly

 

Same thing happen to my DSS level 0 axles after installation.

It clunks whenever I switch gears. And the vibration that initially went away with the axle change came back after a while.

I had an Acura mechanic check to see if they were properly seated and they were.

I'm going to change the Axle on the passenger side again with a different brand to see if that will fix it, since the inner joint on the DSS axle doesn't fit like the oem one.
