Check trans, VSA and emissions at once

Hello everyone, new to the page. I bought an 06 TSX w/ navigation in Dec of '17. 77k miles on the car and at the 82k mark all 3 warning came on at once with the flashing D. It would drop a gear and would not go past 3rd. Once in a while I could hear a little grinding noise coming from what the gear shifter is. Guy I bought the car from put a used shifter or neutral sensor in and car ran fine for about 2 months, then all 3 just came back on again. The guy I got the car from is pretty knowledgeable when it comes to Acura's but can't seem to pin point the problem. Has anyone had this same issue? If so what were the solutions. Thanks in advance
