several days ago while i was driving my check engine light lit up. i was gonna bring it in but then i went to pump gas before doing that and the light is off. two days later it happening again, so i went and pump gas again to see if it go off but it didn't. i drove 30 minutes to the dealer told the service advisor what happened, he then started the car to get some info and guess what; the freaking light turned off. damn i was so pissed... since the light is offf they can't diagnose it. has anything this annoying happened to your TSX???

 

check engine light comes on when the gas cap isn't tight. make sure it clicks a few times. this happened to me before. i tightened the cap and disconnected my battery for a few mins (to reset the light) and hasn't been a prob since. i blame punjab for not tightening it (nj gas attendent).

 

i am aware of the problem and i always tighten it until clicks. it's kind of odd that this happens twice already with several days and not before.

 

Make sure it clicks at least 3 times.
