A few weeks ago I noticed a squeak from the backseat of my 2 month old TSX sometimes when I go over a bump, or even when I drive on a semi-bumpy road. It sounds like it's coming from behind the seat, like from the rear right side wheel.


I took it to the dealership and they said they would replace the struts. But the struts are on back order, and I have been waiting about a month for them to arrive, and still nothing.

Has anyone had this problem? Is there any reason the struts are on back order. I asked the service manager at the dealership, and he said they may be redesigning the struts, if they found a design problem...otherwise he doesn't know what is the holdup.

A year later, I have the same thing. Sounds like a cricket?

I got hit about 6 months ago right in front of the drivers side rear wheel. They had to replace the rear suspension cradle. I wonder if that accelerated wear?

How did yours come out?
