CEL codes TSX 04

I have three codes that came up on my 04 TSX
P2A00
P0171
P2195

I am thinking its the Sensor 1 Bank 1 which is the upstream O2 sensor one right in front of the Cat. But not sure I have had some one tell me it was the down stream.

Looking for any feed back on what sensor it is and where the sensors exact location

Thanks

P2A00 - Air Fuel Ratio (A/F) Sensor (Sensor 1) Range/Performance Problem.

P0171 - Fuel System Too Lean

P2195 - Air Fuel Ratio (A/F) Sensor (Sensor 1) Signal Stuck Lean

The sensor in question, A/F Sensor (Sensor 1) is the upsteam sensor located just before the braided pipe and cat. All codes are related to this sensor and replacement of this sensor is one of the first troubleshooting tasks, so changing it is a good bet.

What ended up being the problem? My car's CEL just came on with P0171 and P2195 (202k miles).
