Ill start with my remote starter/unlock. When I first got it with the car it worked fine but lately the unlock function has not been working unless I press it hard enough. Now all of a sudden none of these buttons work on the remote, the light doesnt even light up to say the remote is doing something. This isnt good because if I lock my car remotely (which I just did) and I open it with just the key then the alarm goes off for some reason. So I need the unlock function in order for the alarm to not go off. There is a blinking blue light to the left of the steering wheel that signals if this alarm is active (the alarm in which I need to remotely unlock the car to avoid). Is there any way I can get back into my car without the alarm being set off?

 

There is a way to bypass those aftermarket systems, but you would have to know which system you have installed on your car.
