Can this be fixd w/ oem touch-up pen?

Hi. this is my second post that i m writin' about "problem&fixes" in 5dayz w/ my new tsx. TT TT

instead of that weird high tone whinin' sound from transmission and rumblin' breaks.... i got a new problem today...

After comin' home from school-work routine, i noticed a weird stampd mark on my rear bumper... i searchd the forums and some scratches can be fixd w/ the oem touch-up pen. however, this is not a scratch...itz stampd w/ an bolt..(probably those bolts that hold the front license plate...) anewez... i took two pics of it and want to know if this can be fixd up w/ the oem touchup pen. if not..can i get any suggestions to fix this ? thank you very much and i want to say that this forum really do care for each other (considerin' my first post and the quick replies). xD

Damage images

sry couldn't put up the pics directly..dunno how to....

how the heck did that get there? it doesn't look like a touch up pen will fix that.

I don't think so. It may cover it up a little bit when you are not standing close to the car, but it will not fill-in the damage. I'd say leave it or get it professionally fixed. The touch-up paint may make it look worse.

Good luck!

From those pics it looks like its raised up, like someone left a bolt on your bumper and it was painted over.

You should definitely show the dealer the paint damage before you pick up the car. It was probably done at the factory, it doesn't look like anyone could have caused that to happen.

^^ I see. Its a little hard to tell the relative size of it but I'm guessing its the size of a penny? That looks like it needs to be filled in and then painted. Probably a job for a body shop as you'll most likely need to paint the whole bumper to do it right. You can try to use touch up paint yourself and see how it looks. The worst that will happen is you'll screw it up and need it painted anyways.
