does anyone elses tsx caliper have rust on it, mine are really bad in the front caliper.

 

are you sure it's the caliper and not the rotors?

 

my rotors are turning gold. I don't know if there's anything you can spray on it, and I don't want to risk my life by spraying wd40 on it or something and have it not brake.

 

don't put anything on your rotors. you can paint the hats on them, but that is it. your brake pads won't grip a painted surface very well and you will put your life as well as the life of others in serious danger.

the part of the rotor where the pads touch will be cleaned by the pads during normal use. usually after 2-3 stops.

if the calipers are actually rusting then you might want to sand it down and paint the color of your choice.

I highly doubt it would be a warranty claim because rust on the brakes is normal.
