A/C problem - actuator cost?

Hello Everyone,
First time poster here and also total novice on car repair, so let me know if I'm breaking any rules.

So, I'll get to the point first. My 06 TSX is blowing cold air on passenger side and cool but not cold air on the driver side. The mechanic at the shop I went to told me that it's a problem with the actuator. What is that and how much does it usually cost to get it repaired?

Thanks!!

Looks like temp control for pax or drivers side (parts 6 & 7) $ 55-$65:

I have no idea how difficult. Labor could be significant, but usually these parts are accessible.

This problem can occur due to low refrigerant charge also.

good luck
