Brake line pressure help......

Monday when I got in my car my brake pedal went all the way to the floor. The VSA, that triangle with the "!" and the "BRAKE" lights all came on. I took it in for service and I was told that it was probably just air in the brake lines. An 1 1/2 hours later they told me that they got all the air out the brake lines but the pressure keeps going back down. They told me that the car has to be hooked up to some special machine that will create pressure in the lines. I hope to have the car back from the stealership by Tuesday so I can install my Injen CAI next weekend but I don't know what would be so complicated about this fix. I think I need new brake lines because there may be a leak somewhere. The mechanics said they're gonna check all the lines and replace them if they have to. My car was hit while it was parked but the brakes weren't damaged. I'm thinking the collision place either overlooked the brakes entirely while doing their repairs or they may have inadvertently come in contact with the brakes and forgot to look back at their work. I'm pretty sure Acura is gonna fix the problem but unlike the body shop they won't let me see what they're doing to the car and what may have caused the problem. Anybody with similar issues with their brakes that got them repaired please let me know what and how it happened?

Thanks in advance.
