Body Shop Recommendation for Austin, TX
Body Shop Recommendation for Austin, TX
Stupid me was backing into a parking space and scrapped the back bumper by a large rock
(it doesn't help that it's been raining for days and the rock shifted past the curb). I need a good recommendation for a body shop in Austin, TX. Preferrably somewhere cheap but someone that will do a good job. I'm trying to pay for this out of pocket instead of claiming it on my insurance. My poor car has made it without a scratch for a year and a half until now <ARGH...

I had a fender bender back in college (hit by drunk out by IM fields). I took it to I believe Southwest Auto Body on South Congress I believe on the recommendation of USAA. They did a good job.

I HIGHLY recommend Sutherland Auto Body 512.892.7500 (ask for Larry Gilbert and tell him I sent you). This establishment was the only place I recommended to my personal customers when I worked for Sterling. They have fixed many cars to the customers' highest satisfaction and have even performed a repair to my personal car (and I am very anal retentive, especially when it comes to my cars). They're located on South Lamar where it merges into the 290 access road in between Westgate and Brodie.
You can't get a better recommendation from me.
