Lightbulb Blitzsafe Vs Dension Icelink

After doing much research about ipod connections. I came down to these 2 products. Anyone have any suggestions about which is better? I'm looking for something that will be plug n play, and gives me no trouble.

I use dension icelink, it works great. The only problem i have is sometimes i have to reset(doesn't delete the songs) my ipod before i pluging it in to the icelink, otherwise the sound would be too light, but thats a minor problem.

I forgot, the steering wheel controls are alittle delayed though, about 1 second, the mode and volume buttons are not delayed.

you can choose from what to dock the ipod with, i personally got the docking cable(unless you have the 1st generation ipod or a mini) and wired it to my glove box.

did you have to buy anything else with it? Any other connectors?

edit: nevermind

I wonder if the docking cradle will work with the ipod video

Nope, but if you buy from the site i linked, at the checkout page, you have to choose which kind of dock connector you want, other sites i think its the same too, but im not sure.

I think the only one that it doesn't work on is the ipod shuffle.

Yep, the new ipod video works, here's the link/proof: Dension Icelink

I don't have navi on my car, but i don't think that it should be affected, no one ever posted that problem here.

No problems with the navi. You need to buy an additional "Y-harness" if you have navi, but it's simple and effective. I personally like the icelink so far (I've had it in for about a month). I'm a bigger fan of the iPod UI than the Dension one, but it's simple to switch back and forth depending on which you like better.

If you have navi, I would avoid the Blitzsafe. My third one is being sent because of an issue where it will stop switching over to the Aux input. Annoying as hell.
