So i parked outside my friends block the other night to hang out, i come back...and what do i see? Someones bumper right in mine...didn't even bother to move it off when he/she hit it. Now theres 2 bumper screws and a reverse dent due to the metal bar under the bumper on my rear. Anybody how to go about fixing this? even minor touch up techniques? filler and touch up?
