AC blows cold then gets cooler

For the past month it has been 90-100 degrees so I use the ac almost everytime i drive on the lowest setting not on auto. It blows cold as ice in the beginning but while im driving it has certain periods were it blows cooler air, not warm. This seems to happen for a few minutes then it goes right back to blowing ice cold. Am i falling victim to the 04 ac issue with the compressor or am i just low on freon? Im at 105,000m.

When you activate the A/C, the A/C Compressor cycles on and off to maintain desired temperature. It could be when you experience "ice cold" conditions, the compressor is engaged. Then when you feel "cooler air", the compressor is disengaged. I say have an independent auto A/C & heat shop inspect the A/C system. My local shop did it for free.

^ Exactly what he said, and you will notice it more when your A/C is not on recirculation mode.

Appreciate the suggestion and am going to get that done. I also noticed in the past couple of days that while i am driving with ac on the car feels more hesitant with every shift, as if its struggling everytime i change gears. After 10 minutes or so with driving with ac on i started hearing a couple clicks which happens when i shift to the next gear such as from 1st to 2nd and 2nd to 3rd and so on. The car feels like is jerks everytime it clicks, but once it starts clicking i usually just turn off the ac. Think it might be a bad compressor?

Yes, the engine struggles a bit more when the A/C is engaged. Reason is the compressor is driven by the engine, so there's parasitic power loss. While traveling or cruising, the car can feel like it jerks forward when the compressor disengages.
When the A/C engages, a clicking sound can be heard in a quiet cabin. Not sure about gear shifting in relation to a clicking compressor.
