Every so often I hear a suction/groaning sound coming from the vent area but I can feel a slight vibration behind the firewall (driver's side). I notice this happens when clutch is engaged (not every time) - maybe master cylinder? Anyone else experience this? I had this problem pop up on my '04 TSX prior to trading in.

 

Sounds like it could be the AC expansion valve discussed here.
