06 TSX Overheating

Greeting,

I recently took payments over, for a friend, on an 06 TSX. It was really hot where I live yesterday so we went to the beach. On my way home I noticed that my temp gauge was at the max. I pulled into my cousins driveway (about 5 minutes after I noticed it) and checked fluid levels. The first thing I noticed after popping the hood was the coolant had sprayed all over the engine and was dried up. I then saw the overflow was at the min level. I filled it back to the max level. Let me car cool to miss temp and drive home (about 10 to 15 minutes). By the time I got home my car was smoking. I let it sit overnight. At 630am I turned it on to warm up and see if they're were any changes. It heated up very fast to the mid temp. I then took it around the block to see what would happen. It shot up to high again (within 3-4 minutes). I parked and checked the fluids and for leaks. Didn't see any leaks but the overflow was empty again. My oil and transmission are low. I also noticed that my radiator fan wasn't working. The AC fan works and the air was super cold. The heater wasn't blowing hot air at all. I used the Auto+HIGH setting to see if it was my Thermo. What do you think my next steps should be? I'm not taking it in. If rather do the work myself. Thank you in advance for any and all advice.

fix the radiator fan! if that doesnt solve it, perhaps bad water pump or bad head gasket.
it wouldnt hurt to check the radiator either, for blockages or holes.

basically do a "tune up" with the coolant system...
make sure radiator fan is working.
make sure radiator isnt clogged or have holes.
make sure coolant is new.
make sure water pump is good
make sure head gasket is good
