06 TSX - Drivers side AC problem

My car has dual AC controls, if I set both the drivers and passengers side to "low", the passengers side blows nice COLD air. The drivers side, however blows WARM to HOT air. Outside temp is +100 degrees, and I am unfortunately the driver.

I checked both temperature control actuators and both do move. I took off the drivers side actuator and "manually" adjusted the levers, all this was able to accomplish was creating even HOTTER air.

Freon pressure tests ok.

Are there separate condensers? control valves? fans? fuses?

Just out of warranty with 55K miles

Yep, two different control motors for two doors...driver's side seems to always go first...not an easy DIY, but...

The control actuators (on both sides) seem to be working. they are moving the levers on the respective mixing boxes. (I guess something could be broken off inside the drivers mixing box).

Are there separate condenser fans for the driver and passenger sides?

Anyone have the diagram / schematic of the cooling system?

The air mix doors are the only thing that regulates the temperature going to each side.

Are the motors working? Are they moving the actuators in response to the A/C control inputs? If not, the driver's motor is out. If they are, check the actuator for binding or looseness. If it's an internal fault, good luck...that's a mess to get to.
