What I've done on less than 3 months.....

So I've had this car for almost 3 months and loving it. Call me crazy, but I've already started to mod this car. With the sales of my parts from my old TL-S, I was able to start off a little modding on the TSX

Here's a couple things that I've gotten so far with many more to come:

And here's some exterior shots I took the other night:

So far mods include:
Debadged Rear & 20% tint all around
Interior LED's
Philips 6000K D2S Lowbeams
JDM 2006 Honda Accord Dealer Brochure
JDM 2006 Accord Euro-R Dealer Brochure
JDM Emissons Sticker
JDM SRS Caution Tag
JDM Red Engine Valve Cover | Spark Plug Cover | Black Oil DipStick
JDM Accord Door Sills (not installed yet) | Accord All-Season Mats
J's Racing Front Strut Bar
Mugen Radiator Cap | Gold Oil Cap | Fuel Cap | Resevoir Covers | MT Pedals
Hondata Intake Manifold Gasket
Hondata Reflash
Tein SS Coilovers
SSR Vienna Sovereign's 19x8 wrapped in Toyo T1-R 235/35's
SPC rear camber kit

plus a couple other things that I have on order and waiting to come in. Obviously I'm going for the modified JDM look similar to what I did with my TL-S a.k.a. Honda Inspire.

JDM brochure as a mod?
Do you put it in the seat pocket or something? J/K
White '06 looks really nice though, sportier yet subtle.

HaPPy jU1cE - The J's Racing bar is additional reinforcement just like other front strut tower bars. It actually does lie underneath the OEM bar and above the headers.

ccbl - Thanks for the compliments. The 06' bumper does take a little getting used to, but its grown on me.

Maxboost - Thanks for the comps. I got the brochures since I plan on going the JDM badging route and displaying them at shows with the car. I had a JDM Honda INspire brochure and displayed it on the dashboard of my TL-S @ car shows.

Benz_05_TSX - Thanks for the welcome. Like I said, I bought all these mods from the money of parts sales from my TL-S. I have a few more mods coming in, so I can't wait.

doesnt the cusco bar replace the stock? or does that go underneath as added reinforcement as well?

Honestly I'm not sure if the Cusco bar replaces the OEM one, but the Cusco strut bar does not sit in the place as the J's Racing bar.

SimpleWhite, si2tsx, pizzaman555 - Thanks for the compliments.

lito - I can whore it up with the best of them and have it as my daily driver. Just like my last car. Wait until you see what I have coming. Thanks for the welcome

STM - the 6000K lowbeams don't have any different beam pattern on the ground and aren't much brighter than the stock bulbs, but they mainly give off a slightly bluish tint in the light output.

Cusco and Neuspeed both go over top of the OEM, J's and Spoon go under neath and Comptech replaces it

Thanks guys for the welcomes and comps.

Benz_05_TSX - I do have a few more parts on the way, hopefully within the next 2 weeks. I'll keep you posted.

aznt1217 - It's hard to tell any specific gains from the manifold gasket since I also did the reflash at the same time. Plus I'm still running on the stock intake......for now I had a local shop install the gasket and it was difficult due to the lack of space they had to work with in the engine bay.

big mike 13 - Thanks Mike. I do miss the TL from time to time, but then I have flashbacks of the horrible tranny. Absolutely no regrets from buying the TSX.

By far one of the BEST PWP TSX's I have seen! Great Job!

LOVE YOUR RIMS...

how much were they? my guess is no less than $400 per

oh ya..the 6000k bulbs does look nice, to answer whoever's question about brightness, if anything, it should be a little dimmer

cuz when the "k" goes up, the LUMENS(brightness scale unit) goes down

but because we have projectors...it's not TOO noticeable...

but if u see those 10,000 k kits on ricers...take a second to look at their foreground...there's nothing there..haha

God bless

Kevin

Nice Car.

Are the pedals you show the Mugen ones for the 06 Civic? Did they fit OK, including the gas pedal?

Thanks,
-Jeff

Thanks again guys for the positive feedback.

CL Platano - I've been thinking about getting a new set of wheels, but I can't decide on what I want. I'll probably hang on to these SSR's through the summer and then change. Keep an eye out for the possible sale.

jeffbatt - The mugen pedals are actually for the 06' SI. The fitment is fine although the gas pedal does not match 100% exactly to the OEM pedal, but about a 95% fit. In the pic I first posted, you can see that the OEM gas pedal is slightly wider than the Mugen pedal.
