TSX with Blueberry yum yumm rear views
I got a pm from one of our VIP members asking if there was any blue films that would make the rear view mirros on the TSX blue like the 3rd gen TL and I just happened to have it in stock. We call it the blue berry yum yumms since it looks so sick when it's laid on a window. It's also the perfect blue match to the new Benzos. It's a 50% film. I threw it on my car since I always loved those TL rear views.
Enjoy
No blue berry yum yumms

It can be added to the under $100 mod list.

if you cant see that the passenger side is different than the drivers side than your monitor might need to be calibrated. It'sa light 50% tint so the difference isn't huge, but it's there.
Not sure how long it's gonna last since I just put it on about 20min ago. It should stay for a while since it's somewhat sheltered.

Looks good. People were trying to find sources for a permanent blue glass like the MDX. I seen JDM blue glass mirrors for the RSX but they dont have any for the TSX.
asianrage as for the front being tinted, it is totally illegal in any state or province in canada to tint the front windshield...
cjams: will u sell these blue tint films??

I am gonna go out on a limb and say that you can probably get a set of these for the rear views for $15-20 at most un-installed. Im gonna say about $25-30 installed at any local tint shop that has this film. I'm sure you can find them on-line somewhere as well. Ebay may have them as well soon
After driving with them all day it has started to dry out and isn't as blurry as when I first put them on. I'll keep everyone posted on how they hold up. Thanks all! It looks killer! I'll post a pic of Z's Cickvic with bbyy. He finished the doors today and it looks pretty hot!

The mirror heat should make it stick better the same way defroster lines stick when turned on. I will give another review tomorrow after a little more driving with them. Everyone that has seen them in person likes them including "clay8898" (3rd gen TL owner). If he brings his TL by the tomorrow i'll try and get a pic of both so we can see how close the match is.

Here's a pic of Z's cickvic to see what an entire car looks like with it.

Headlights at night aren't as bright in the rear view, but other things are a little harder to see especially since I have 20% on the sides. This definatelt isn't for everyone, but for those of you like me that love the Acura blue theme including lights and what not, you'd be happy with it. I'm so tempted to strip the tint off my car and do the whole thing in this blue.

It reduces glare blocks UV rejects heat and everything else normal tint does. It has pretty much the same protection as most 50% window tint and you get the bbyy effect

I'm not a vendor so I can't sell on Azine that's why I suggested that you can get them made at any local tint shop that carries this type of film.
As for an update on how they are holding up....
They are doing great and I don't thing there is going to be an issue with them peeling off of the rear view mirrors. The only thing I dislike about them is the drivers side reflection isn't as clear as it use to be. But that's kind of a given considereing you're putting film on a mirror. The passenger side looks fine, but I think that's because it's about 3-4 feet further away than the drivers mirror.
If you try to install this type of film on your own be sure to apply good pressure to the final squeegie so you get all of the slip solution/water from under the film so it dries as smooth as possible. If you go to a local tint shop and have them do it ask them to make sure it gets squeegied well so you don't have a wavey reflection in the mirror.
I'm interested in hearing how much some of your local tint shops are charging you for these, so if anyone gets it done post the price for us please.
Thx!
