A parking garage will have to do! (<1.5MB stay away)

Well, I've had my suspension done for a couple of weeks and the body kit is now finished. Hope the others that used my hookup are as happy as I am with the ground effects kit. Can you believe there are still people waiting on a body kit group buy???

Open for comments on the car...except for the following: 1. Drop that bitch some more ---> you got the wrong guy. 2. Now turn your car into a honda ---> see reply to comment number one. 3. Throw some 19's on there ---> not willing to swerve for a million and one Chicago pot holes just yet.

Also any picture taking advice/ideas is welcome. Love/hate any of the pics, let me know. I don't have much picture taking experience and I don't plan on getting the bad guy camera just yet until I know a thing or two about taking good photos.

Well here are some pics that I was able to sneak off during lunch now that the car is done...for now that is. I know it's dark out, cause it is a 2nd shift lunch.

Thank you for viewing.
Andre

Mokijoki - Thank you for the compliment.

feelgood13 - Thank you as well. I didn't buy a tripod yet. This was all me holding the camera with my elbow tucked to my body to hold as still as possible.

Suggestion for the next time you take dark pictures like these: turn the lights on for the effect in a few of the shots. You'll get some cool angles where you can get different colors from the HIDs.

Hey Andre, your car be looking good! What a difference a bodykit makes huh?! That's a good drop, if anything it's perfect for here in Chitown. I just installed my bodykit last weekend, and I've been told...that it looks much nicer..I agree, but I just need to lower my car. Hopefully soon, and I'm looking in getting that super cup kit you have and then I'll prepare for a photo shoot (maybe we should get our TSX's together for a shoot)......later man!

p.s Good job on the pics!

I like the drop, perfect. That's exactly what I'd do if I were to drop mine. As for photos, they look good -- I like the last one in particular. An SLR will give you more control over depth-of-field, which I find critical for inanimate object photos.

Thank you to everyone that has posted their kind words.

CGTSX2004 - I was attempting to take some shots with the lights on at the top of the parking deck and they didn't turn out to good. With the flash off you couldn't see the car, and with the flash on the car was washed out. I still have a lot to learn as far as how to manipulate available lighting conditions. I should have just tried taking some lights on pics in the same spots that I took the rest of them. I will work on that though.

Jrock04TSX - I like the body kit a lot, makes the car so much meaner. Let me know if you want to do a photoshoot sometime. We can do one at the meet at the Skokie lagoons and we can do one of our own.

wickedk24 - I'm sure that you could sell the idea of a group buy to a dealer local to you. It wasn't hard for me at all. If you need some advice on how to go about it, just send me a PM.

ninjamyst - I got the kit for 850 picked up from Ed Napleton Acura in Elmhurst IL. If you are local, talk to the parts mgr Chip and mention my name and he will give you the hookup. Him and I have already worked out the details.

drigo - I agree totally. I like to call the look OEM plus, cause that is how they should have done it.

peter_bigblock - One of my bosses has an SLR camera, maybe I can get him to take some pics for me.

thesuj - I have 1.5" in the front and 1" in the rear. I have the Neuspeed Koni struts with the sport spring swap. The perch setting in the front is 0 and the rear is -1.

Ya there is. I'm not 100% sure if they're still doing it, but Acura of Escondido had some of the best non-group buy prices around.

And Cake, awesome pics. Reminds me of vwong's car without the rims.
