hey guys, just wondered over from TSXclub(which sucks) and thought i would intro myself.
i am 23, seattle resident, been a hondaphile for a long time and have owned 24 hondas/acuras including my two currnet cars, a 2002 berlina black s2000 and a 2005 NBP TSX 5AT. love my TSX to death and think that it is one of the most underrated hondas/acuras/cars in its class. anyway here are a couple pic of my cars in case you seen me on the streets/online.
mods for the s2 are....
Interior: spoon ti shift knob
Exterior: amuse front lip, lancer evolution radio antenna
Wheels/suspension: ASA AR1’s, 215/45r17 fronts and 245/40r17 rears, tanabe lowering springs
Engine/exhaust: mugen rad cap, mugen oil cap, spoon reservoir socks, KN drop in filter, berk test pipe, spoon n1 exhaust, vafc 2 tuned. 221.2RWHP 143.5RWTQ mustang dyno

many, many plans for the tsx, just trying to figure what the best bang for the buck.

? What's the Lancer Evo antenna mod look like on a S, I've seen people mod their antenna's to the S2000's because its so short, but never an Evo.
If you're really worried about hydrolocking, checkout the K&N CAI, it has a drycharger, basically a bag that sits over the filter to keep water particles out

na only these two have been black. i really want to get a little extra out of the tsx. so with intake, DC header, and greddy evo2 eahaust what kinda gains am i looking at? i know auto TSX' make around 150-160 to the wheel, so make 20whp out of those mods. i know the K series responds very well to mods, but is that realistic?

oh, and the evo antenna makes it look a like a 350z antenna. looks like an Rc car now, but i couldnt stand the 80's cell phone stubby antenna that comes stock on s2's.

i bought and sold alot of hatches and civic coupes. 2 were stolen and totally destroyed. i had a volvo 850T5R for about 1 week before i guy came up to me a safeway parking lot and offered my 5k more than what i paid for it. SOLD!! stuff like that, i was always finding another car i wanted or a better deal. i always made money on the deals so, it worked out i guess.
besides my s2, one of the funniest cars i owned was a 95 civic hatch. it was a base model, CX/HX. i through i 75 shot on it and totally gutted it. what a sleeper. that little car just wouldnt die. i by the end i was going through a 10lbs bottle of nitrous a week and it just ran like a champ. fun car~
