It could be because of the 215x45x17 Bridgestone S3. I am planning to get the A-Spec springs/shock combination to improve the ride and remove the gap.

Sounds like a plan

I had the wheels on my RSX-S because of how light the combination was. The Chrono Evolutions are one of the lightest wheels OZ makes. I definitely need a drop as the combo makes the wheel gap bigger. I think it is an improvement just on the tires and lighter wheels. When I get my A-SPEC kit installed, I'll post some new pictures.

After the A-spec drop. I bought the A-spec suspension kit from a Acura dealership on Ebay. I also received the badge. At certain Acura dealerships, you can purchase the individual pieces seperately. I prefer a lip spoiler instead of a wing spoiler so I am actually in the process of having an M3 lip spoiler be color matched. I should have updated pictures within a week.

Stay tuned as I will have additional pictures in a couple of weeks. Jtso has kindly offered his assistance in helping me install...
Hondata Heatshield
Comptech Ice Box
Comptech Rear Sway Bar
Comptech Front Strut Bar
The parts are on order and should be in my hands by the end of the week.

Finally installed the parts mentioned in my prior post...
Thanks again to Jtso who has done great work. For anyone in the Seattle area who would like to make modifications to your TSX, Jtso is highly recommended! He is much cheaper than the dealership or other shops.

I'm sorry I don't have pics of 225/45/17 with A-Spec.
After I put the A-Spec setup on my car, I realized that 225/45/17 was not going to work as the drop was fairly slight and 225/45/17 is smaller than stock. You would go back to stock wheel gap, and in my opinion it would seem even worse than stock due to the smaller tires.
After I installled Tein FLEX coilovers, my stock tires were basically tucked up inside the wheel wells. When I put on 225/45/17s, I had about a 1 finger gap all around.
I'm current running 225/45/17 Yokohama ES100s on 17" x 7" '05 RSX-S rims (same size as stock TSX rims but with 45 offset instead of 55).
225/40/18 is slightly larger than 225/45/17 but not enough to differ much from my results-it's still smaller than stock.
225/45/18 was tried by someone with Prokit and Neuspeed Koni's. It rubbed initially, so he raised the car up with the Koni perch adjustment, and it still rubbed , so he abandoned that idea.
Tire sizing is tough for the TSX. I'm getting some 18s; 225/40/18 would work for me but overall I feel that size looks undersized in the wheel well, and I kind of don't want a 40 series tire. 235/45/18 is another option but will probably stick out a little-maybe not bad with a FLEX drop but definitely with a an A-Spec. I haven't decided yet......

Nice car, bro! Any idea how much the wheels weigh? I believe their superleggera's weigh 16.5 pounds!
