DIY Smoked Tail Lights

Well, it's my first DIY on the TSX aside from the navi mod. I didn't have 50 dollars but I had some regular home materials and some tint film lying around so I decided to do this... enjoy.

and a cool photo which i like

Some plain old film I got from RS Strauss. It was a static cling one(5% limo tint), any tint film would work fine.

well... I didn't really get all the airbubbles out yet cuz im too lazy but it took bout 40 mins only because I was scared of cutting, but you can just make 2 cut outs and duplicate it easily.

Looks very nice. I love the black out look. It makes such a huge difference in the cars appearence. I got smoked tail light protection from rockblocker and I love it.

DIY I don't know if they tried, but people have bought kits from RockBlocker for 50.00, in the Photography Forum, there are a few CG's that have Blacked out tails it looks good. Use the search feature.
