AT Sportshift

I was wondering if anyone knew if there was anything I could do to the computer to get the Sportshift quicker, or if it was even possible at all.

Yeah i hear what your saying im almost at the engine breaking in point and once i break it in im gonna use the sport shift alot more often. I find myself at red lights switching to the sportshift and taking out all these old ass hooked up honda/acuras but i do agree the shift needs to be a split second quicker with the sport shift. Ill know more once i break in the motor.

I have 1500 miles on mine and I can hear the growl some people have described before. I have driven mine almost exclusively in SS mode, one thing I figured out is to shift as the revs are climbing. In a nutshell, if you hold the gas pedal steady it shifts slower, however if you shift on the gas it's much quicker. Just my opinion after driving 1500 miles.

Guys, there is really no need for using SS exclusively. From a stand still, you will probably be slower than someone using auto.

Then I couldn't drive, talk on my cell phone, drink a beer, and play with the navigation at the same time! Got to keep my priorities in line, you know.

It just takes practice.

I used NUESPEED springs, the racing ones. they are the yellow ones, they drop the front like 2.25 and the back like 1.9.

They look nice, just the back is higher than the front.....
I will post pics this weekend, I am painting my calipers red some-time this week, and as soon as I do that, I will wash her and post pics on cardomain, and a link on my sig so that everyone can see it (and vote for it).

We need to have a TSX as the car of the month on cardomain!!
