Removing lip spoiler

Ok, got my car back today. Paint looked good finally but they did a crappy job putting my lip spoiler on. A lot of the tape shows. I believe it was put on today, would it be better to pull it off today or in 3 weeks when I return from vacation?

And how much/hard is it to get a replacement piece of tape?

I think you could use the same method for removing it as you would the emblems. Replacement tape isn't very expensive and it's available from any bodyshop or car parts store.

I hate to sound like a noob, I have the same problem, but I've had mine on for a couple weeks already. Could you explain this emblem removal method?

The best method is to heat up the glue either with a hairdryer or a heat gun (on low heat) and use some fishing line or dental floss to separate the spoiler from the trunk. Spraying some WD40 under it might help the glue lose some stickyness.

YUP, and use "GOO GONE" to remove the rest of the sticky film left on ur car, it does not affect the clear coat nor the paint, and is the safest way to remove without creating alot of swirl marks from rubbing repeatdly.
