need help...

Hi,
I am new to the forum as I just purchased a 2005 TSX w/ Navi. I have two quick questions:

1. Can I either install or have Bluetooth installed in my car? If so, what are the ballpark costs?

2. What is the best method that you have found for integrating an Ipod into the car?
Thanks in advance.
Dan

1) It's possible, search to find costs, I can't remember.

2) Do you have XM? Cause if you want to keep your factory XM you either have to modify an existing harness or wait for the end of the summer when blitzsafe is "supposed" to come out with a kit.

PM Elduderino for more infor on both of these. He's our resident electro wizzard... he knows everything related to that stuff.

Where would you connect it? Under the dash? Would I have to do some extensive wiring?
thanks.

search for it... some people have done some nice wiring, having it come out by the center console. Some others just have it come right out by the extra din. Really it up to you to see how much you want to do.

Bluetooth.

Hardware Parrot CK3000 -> $120
Wire harness for CK3000 so I won't have to cut any factory wires -> $90
Self installation -> Free
Satisfaction of insalling them myself -> priceless.... =P

Ipod.

I have a 2004 so no conflicts with the XM.
Soundgate adapter -> $100 from logjammer
RCA cable extension -> $20 (gotta have monster cable)
Self installation -> Free
Satisfaction??? I dunno after installation, I have never hook it up to Ipod...
Why I have it? I just wanna...

I have a 15gig ipod from 2004, I think? The one before the mini came out. Is that compatible?
