that grill looks so much like the first one the company i am working with to make a grill made the first time around. if it is the bottom fits well and then maybe you could jut cut the middle section out if you wanted but the middle bar fit like SH!T on mine.

That was on there before, and it was 150 or so, i bid 25, but that of course was under the reserve price. Thats not bad if there was someway to tell if the fit was good. 130 or so shipped...not to bad.

havent there been problems with the fitment of the other grilles? or have the mugen and euro grilles fit perfectly? if they didnt, i cant imagine how one could expect this ebay replica to fit any better.... i dunno, ill let someone else get it first.

The one off ebay might fit better on the bottom part, providing the mold was taken off a CL9 chasis bumper. The other grills are not that bad (mugen, euro-r). I think you guys have to see it in person to really understand just how small the gap really is. The gap is no bigger than that between the doors.

i would ask to see it on a TSX first to make sure it fits right.

It may need minor modifications to fit a USDM Acura TSX 04-05 in US & Canada.

This kind of worries me:

"Note: This grill is a Mugen replica.
For a JDM Honda Accord Euro R with chassis code CL7 in Asia.
It may need minor modifications to fit a USDM Acura TSX 04-05 in US & Canada.
Please check the measurements and do your research before bidding."

True true, in thier defense if it is an exact replica then it should fit and have a tiny gap at the bottom. But that is worrysome

Still there.

Regarding the fitment question raised above by TdotSSTSX, what do you guys think about that? They mention a few gaps with the North American chassis, but the grille is made for the CL7 chassis, which is what I thought our cars were. So I'm kinda confused by that statement.

Also, I'm personally not a huge fan of the Euro R or debadged looks. Would I be able to snap the Acura badge back on to this grille? What I am trying to do is recreate an analog of the A-spec concept shown here and they have a similar grille fitted.

I'm having a lip spoiler put on next week and I'm thinking of getting this done at the same time. Since I know next to nothing about the bodywork on this car, I figure some of you could enlighten me.

The chassis are the same but there's a slight revision on the bumper for NA. None of the grilles produced for the JDM/Euro accord fit 100% on our car.

Sorry, too late to edit. There is a pre-painted (black) one for sale here too by a different vendor. Description is almost identical but they're claiming it's a perfect fit for the US 2004 TSX: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...sPageName=WDVW

Edit: Thanks Dan

Actually, a little farther down on the page, they say "It may need minor modifications to fit a USDM Acura TSX 04-05 CL9 in US & Canada."
