Hey, quick question again. Recently, I saw a tsx with a metal trim kit. But this kit is different from the stock metal trim kit. It has that 'TSX" sign on one of the 'not an ashtray' storage. Also, it has metal frames around the A/C vents. Hope you know what I'm talking about.

May I ask what trim kit is that? And are they sold in dealerships?

most likely the TSX sign was taken off the trunk and placed there. I think ebay has that kit you want with the ac vents and what not

 

Don't do it. Those 3rd party aftermarket kits are junk.

I have the OEM one, and I like it. Here's what it looks like.

 

The Metal Trim kits in Canada I believe has the word 'TSX' cut out of the trim kit on the 'not an ashtray' cover.

Saw one in a car in the dealer showroom.

 

I've seen someone here with vinyl stickers for that area.

 

I know which kit your talking about..It's not from any dealer, its actually made by an aftermarket company. The TSX is cut into the that storage plate.


Some of the members here have the kit. I actually remember some people starting a topic on that kit. They were complaining about the quality of the kit and fitment problems. I'd say look for the thread. If I spot it I'll post it.

 

damn and i wanted to put titanium burl (black wood silverish grain) aftermarket kit on my car but just on center console and on the door window control panels.
