Hey I found it out about Maxbore Throttle Body for K-Series online from 8th generation of Civic, check it out. Let us know what you think of Maxbore TB and consider to take my TB to Maxbore if it is worth or not.

How much of a bore will they do?.. If you have an 06+ model, you can see if they could bore it as close to 70mm as they can. 67mm seems achieveable though.. I cant see where you can go wrong with the bore. Ask about TB gaskets as well..

I have 04 TSX with 60MM TB with P2r Racing spacer/gaskets, so I am considering to get larger diameter of TB a like +06TB with CT supercharger in future but the price of +06 is a little expensive from Acuraparts. I am trying to get better deal for TB for my TSX. Where can I find an info about chuson from kingmotorsports. Kingsmotorsports sells pretty expensive around $350.00 I heard that Skunk 2 TB offer K24A but it seems that it won't fit into because of no sensor plug. Any suggestions? Thanks.

a lot of the aftermarket TB that have larger openings aren't DBW compatible with our car. from what i recall, chuson sent in his stock TB to kingmotorsports and they bored it out to a larger diameter.

chuson did it, and he also bored out his spacer I along with it.

any decent fab/machine shop can do this for you. hardest part is making the blade if there's no cnc.

I found 3.2L TL's TB for $90 on craigslist. 64MM

Oh I see and understand about the fab/machine shop. Yeah I heard that TL can fit on TSX. I will check craiglist and ebay that sells good price. Thanks to valeratj and conig. Do you think Maxbore will sucess working on TB? I will email him tomorrow and find it out. I am curious what size of diameter on blower throttle body supercharger? Let me know.

and from the looks of the pics from the Maxbore website versus King's work, the King looks like they do a better job. I got mine done at King as well.

^Horro, thats a great thread! thanks for bringing it up. We need to try Precyse's idea of boring TL's throttle body. If that works, RBC manifold might just become useful

Hey I found 03-04 Acura TL throttle body from Ebay and wonder if it will fit on TSX Intake Manifold or need to do modify on IM? I looked at Hondata online about TL throttle body will fit on TSX. Any suggestions?

^ It came from an Accord, but it is DBW. Altho they claim it will fit 04 TL.... I dono
