im sure you can add a piece of rubber wear it mounts by the strut bar. for it wont make straight contact with the metal, and Probably it wont vibrate as much .

NIce mod you can feel the difference when you press the pedel the wheels don't spin as much. The only down side is that it makes your car sound funny... and the steering wheel is funny also, it gets really really tight.

^^^ I'm going to say that you might have an installation problem if you're getting funny sounds and your steering has changed much at all. Neither of those things should be happening.

I took it off a long time ago. It was wierd sound like a diesel motor. I was going to coat it with a rubber compound and dynomat. But I sold it instead.

I've been running the Stiffy since November or so, it definitely makes a difference in terms of wheel-hop and general solidity in shifting feel. There's some resonance (even with foam padding in between all "metal on metal" contact spots) in the cabin, but I've gotten used to it. Plus soon, it'll be drowned out by a whine, instead...

I haven't put mine in the sale section, but I'm selling mine if someone wants it. Only got used one year (still in great condition), took it off for the winter and never put it back on. Loved it when it was on.

I took mine out after about half a year. Got tired of the vibration. I do miss the solid feel of it though, thinking about putting it back in.

I spent a bit of time fine tuning it but now its so slight since i tune it I hardly think of it as vibrating.

cabin vibration is live-able for some, but for others it too different from stock. I happen to look the other way for the sake of performance as long as I don't look or feel like a clown b/c of a mod. Shift feel & wheel hop decrease is worth it in my eyes.

I have mine on full-stiff and it vibrates a lot at idle if I have the AC on. But I drive a car lowered 2.5" with the dampening set at nearly full stiff, so I've got a rather high tolerance for that kind of thing. Once I have the blower in I'll be even more glad for the added solid feeling and reduced wheel-hop.

CCColts was talking about trying that at one point but with show season upon us I doubt he'll have time for it any time soon.
