a K24 gasket needs the 4 cyclinder holes, and then an additional offset hole for the coolant. the K20 doesn't have the 5th hole.

"k-series" was the name for the k20's because nothing else existed. I guess it carried over even though a k24 exists now.

the hondata heatshield gasket replaces the OEM metal gasket that sits between the injector base and the engine block. the hondata gasket is plastic and much much thicker than the OEM. The Hondata is designed to prevent heat from transfering to the block, thus keeping the incoming air cooler. Cooler air will provide for more effecient combustion and more power.

He sent you the wrong item? Or did you bid for the 'wrong' item that was wrongly advertised?

Sorry that I don't have an up close picture but you can get the idea of what the gasket should look like. Jtso has a nice write-up with a better picture somewhere in the FAQs section.

nope.. you bid on for a hondata gasket and then you have to tell him for what vehicle you need it.. I told the guy Acura TSX 2004 .. and then he sends me the K series gasket..

Luckily he is a good seller and he is sending the correct gasket and refunding shipping charges...

Sorry, all of my pictures in the FAQ forum are gone. They were linked to a domain name that is no longer active, and I can't go back and edit the posts to re-link them.
