help with neon light install

i bought a set of blue neon lights for my leg area. and the wires are making me scratch my head.

how do i power/hook these up?
im planning to get them either in the front seats or the back.

no instructions included. juss says that it is 12V powered and transformers and mounting brackets built in

looks like u'll need some sort of adaptor for it, thats probably teh male part. The easier way would be to buy a "add a fuse" tap into a fuse in the fuse box (right near the hood release), cutt both ends off, crimp one end into the add a fuse, and crimp the other end into a hook loop found at radio shack for a ground. Make sure you get the direction right.

^^At autozone.

Basically you'll be plugging that into the selected fuse slot, plug in the fuse that you took out and a new fuse (I'd use a 10 Amp fuse). There will be a wire from the "add a fuse" to which you'll attach the male connector. Plug in neons to that.

EDIT: if this sounds like too much, I would seriously have a stereo shop do the install.
