header or pullies?

header or pullies?
My 04 5AT is craving for more power. I've a little amount of money which allows me to invest on either the DC sports header or the UR pullies. Which one of these should be able to give me some better feedback in terms of power.
P.S. I have the K&N CAI.

Here's some quick info off the top of my head. Feel free to make any additions or changes everyone:
Pulleys:
Pros: Zasker1's dyno shows great gains, helps the engine wind up faster (which should help the long gearing of the AT transmission a lot)
Cons: Have to buy new smaller belt (Check JTso thread), Can't use if you ever want to upgrade to an Supercharger, Have to be careful about how much electronics you run (This is still being debated)
Header:
Pros: Proven reliability since many forum members are running a header, No intererence with electrical components, Install is probably considered by most as easier than pulley install, works great with performance mods such as intake and Hondata
Cons: Smaller performance increase than the Pulleys (Not sure how much of a gain can be felt with the butt dyno),

i have the dc sports header on my 2005 AT and it's f*cking great! you can truly feel the power. it would most definately complement you cai and improve air flow. on the other side of things, my unorthodox pulleys are on the way as we speak; the aem pulleys on my deceased civic were probably the most effective of any mod i had! i'll have both, so i'll fill you in on the tsx pulley performance as soon as they are installed ... also, you shouldn't have to worry about issues with the header as dcs has addressed them in their latest version (not to mention our auto trans doesn't put as much stress on them). good luck!

The header (DC) is more expensive than the pullies, but installation is a lot cheaper. So overall the two will be in around the same price range. I would recommend Header first as first mod along w/ intake or High-flow cat.

I do have an intake, and it turns out my t1r grounding kit and voltage stabilizer is bottle necking my car.
with a bad air fuel ratio sensor (blown when installing headers by this shop)
I got 175 hp and 141 tq
Another tsx got 175 hp too with dc headers exhaust and cai intake.
So i went there today, and hit 175, and continued to hit lower. Mike showed me my old graphs and I lost alot of power, due to the blown air fuel sensor.
He also thinks my spark plugs are dead, so i need to replace them, clean the system out with octane cleaner.
I removed my grounding kit and voltage stab, and put it in my friend's xa he gained the smooth throttle response that i had before. Like i tap the pedal and my car will feather up the rev, now its pretty much climbing still even if i tap it.
So next week i'll have a dyno with everything fixed i hope.

the sensor, was blown and damaged during the install by this shop that i had them install it.
THey did a bad job with the sensor.
The plugs they said weren't igniting on the dyno in the mid to high range it was stuttering.

Yea i got a bad check engine light and then used a scan tool and said it was the sensor during the dyno.
Well i have both headers and pulleys.
Pulleys you feel more power right off than headers you notice small gains.
Still happy with both i even replaced the belt and the car felt a bit tighter. 41k was on the old belt anyway wish i got a picture of it.

I've made up my mind and decided to get both the header and pullies, i might get the pullies and replace the belt first, and then i'll do whatever to come up with some money later on to get the DC header with a high flow cat.
all the feedbacks are very positive for both the pullies and header, i think its a must to hurt my pocket more to get both the mods. haha
thanks everyone
