There's certain things iv'e been reading that you can do to a 6mt, but not really to a 5at. I have a 5AT and i have the injen CAI and i wanted to complete the bundle with the comptech exhaust... anything thing that i should know about before poking a hole in my wallet?

What is there to know about? Adding exhaust is a good thing. Does no harm if you think that noise pollution is a nuissance.

Well, becuase im not looking for something super loud, and Comptech is pretty trustable. How much does the greddy /fujitso run for.

you can, but you're not goin to get major gains...even if you had a MT, exhaust systems don't really do all that much.

if you are interested, i can see how much i can get you the comptech exhaust for.

pm me.

some of our vendors in Black Market also have good pricing on Comptech, so check there for pricing too.

I'm actually considering a new exhaust because the guy who did my header noticed that the air flow is surprisingly restrictive.

If that's the case, then why do dynos show only marginal gains? Not that I don't belive you, just wondering....

I really don't know. That's the $64,000 question that we have continually asked time and time again.

I remember when the TOV guys did their undercar review they expected that most gains would come from a new 4-2-1 header and new exhaust but in reality it seems that a CAI provides the best gains.

I still have hopes for new headers. I don't like either the comptech or DC designs. I'm sure someone will come up with something new in the not too distant future. Looking forward to your results Ricecake...

Yeah. The stock intake stuff looks WAY worse than a 4-1 header or the stock exhaust shape. I still don't even understand how air gets to the stock engine.
