sucked.
This is a much better design (mine looks like this): These two pics belong to joerockt.

that first pic is from mine (minus the hose clamps), and it was a royal PITA. that was the hardest thing about the install.
RMATIC, can you take some pics and post them so we can figure out what's missing?

I know what the problem is now: BEFORE YOU DO ANYTHING READ THE NOTE AT THE BOTTOM!
Rmatic, you need to disconnect the hose clamped here (circled):
And put it here (then you can take the green thing and the small hose attached to it completely out):
NOTE: THERE IS COOLANT IN THIS LINE, and if you try to disconnect it while your engine is still warm, YOU WILL BURN YOURSELF! Wait until your engine cools down to do it.
Edit: The way you had it on wasn't really a problem, it was just leaving an unnecesary item (the green thing) in there. Either way it's fine, but taking the assembly out just cleans things up because you're not using the top part of it at all.

What you have is fine. But if you want a cleaner setup, then all you have to do is remove hose B from the engine first. Then relocate hose A connection to where hose B used to be. Then finally remove the metal tube assemble. Btw, don't disconnect any coolant hoses when the engine is hot.

It really doesn't matter but that middle piece is redundant now.
Just do this:
Remove the hoses in red and connect the end of the remaining hose to where the red stuff was connected to.
Edit: JTso wins.

No, ClutchPerformer won
What the hell, we're all winner's
And rmatic wins the of the month award
Don't worry rmatic, if Dan wasn't there when I did mine, I probly would have done the same thing.
