you might mean brake rotors warping. It's just that...the rotors get warped, and you will feel vibration when pushing on the brake pedal while braking.
Warping is caused by overheating or rapid temperature changes in the rotors....
If they get too hot, the metal will not expand and contract into a flat surface. In effect, the rotors will have a little wobble in them that causes the shaking when brakes are applied.

A rotor is a brake part....beyond that, do some homework.
I MEASURED SOME STUFF.
Looking at the OEM rotor, the brake pad sweeps an area about 2-1/8" wide. In measuring the RB rotor, the area that is not coated by the rotor is about 2-1/4" wide. Based on the fact that these are some wide tolerances in my measurement, there is 1/16"-1/8" of area that could turn rusty...with an area that small, I am not confidant that rust will even collect there do to close proximity to the heated friction localization.
