Im getting a viper 791 hv 2-way alarm/remote start system, and they tell me that im going to need a bypass system thingy for it to work on the car. what is a bypass system for the tsx and where can i get one?

 

Isn't that just one of your spare key which has a chip in it, so that they can remotely start the engine? I'm wondering myself if doing this would actually make it easier for thieves to steal your car and drive away.
