Air filter replacement option

AEM has a new "Dryflow" synthetic air filter that doesn't require oil to avoid damage to Mass Air Flow (MAF) sensors. Hondas don't use MAF but this new filter seems to be easier on the maintenance side. Who wants to give it a try?

Do the Injen intakes need to be oiled when they're cleaned? If so, looks like I'll go AEM when I start engine mods. (Doing suspension first)

The competitor intake cross reference list is not available yet. Once we know what p/n to order for our particular intake, it can be ordered from a dealer using the dealer locator below. My local Acura dealer sells them.

Did you guys see the cleaning and abuse videos?

You don't need the p/n if you know which AEM intake uses the same size filter as yours. Then you would just order the p/n for the AEM intake.

Sounds like a different option for sure. I have the K&N and haven't even had to do maintenance yet, so I would try it had it not been for the fact I have the kit and never touched it yet.

Part #

I sent a bunch of emails to online stores that carry AEM and will let you know which one have in stock that will fit SRI. I was going to clean my current but if I can replace even better. I had problems in past with K&N and oil inside intake, cleaned it myself and all was fine but like this choice much better.
