When you end up changing bumpers on different cars for fun so you can post pictures on a forum, it is definitely a sign that you have too much time on your hands.

No, it's more like experimentation. We just do this shit while you guys are sitting on a couch and watching football.

back from the dead

I attempted to swap my 06 with a fellow member's 04 bumper and everything looked to fit just fine until we started bolting everything up. I ended up finding out that the 04-05 wheel well splash guards are wider than the 06 (or vice versa). Has anyone actually swapped and experienced what i'm talking about?

if its just the wheel well liners it cant possibly be much of a problem, surely not enough to get you to NOT buy the fascia.

There's no way the wheel well liners have changed materially. The dimensions of all the outers are the same. Just make sure you've got it lined up and are re-installing correctly!

Im thinking about getting a pair of 04-05 JDM headlights for my 06 TSX. According to what Ive read in this thread they will fit, but has anybody actually done this yet?

I thought I remember reading somewhere that I would have to get 04-05 ballasts in order to install the 04-05 JDM headlights on my 06, cany anybody confirm this?

You can fill the ballast hole with something, and get a custom mount to hold your ballast but I didn't feel like going through all that trouble.

Yeah, Im with you man. I'll just stick with the OEMs for now, maybe the 06 JDM lights will eventually grow on me... for some reason I only like them on silver and white TSX's.

I didn't try again after that ordeal, but if there's people here on the forum saying it has worked, then I guess it works.

I have the 06/07 JDM headlights on my 2004 TSX but there seems to be a very narrow gap where the headlights meet with the fender. It is minimal and not isn't that noticeable when your not staring close at it.

I'm guessing install / fitment issue. Adjust the bracket mounts and you may solve it, but it will require removing and re-setting the bumper.
