Mechanical Engineer, but I have been at it for awhile..
Base pay is just over 100k.
Still broke though, wife spends 110k
My car is a 2002 TL, but I thought I would participate anyway..

Speaking of which, what do you do, Celtic? If you don't mind sharing.

Already posted on this thread before... but I have a new job now, same line of work, just different company and more $$.
I am a 28 y/o web developer and make just under 90K. I also some freelance projects and make an average of 10K / year doing that.
Living in SoCal with a 2bd/2ba condo.
Did I mention my wife... she is an art director for a real estate company and makes about 65K.
I bought a used 04 TSX for 19,500 with 21,000 miles.

It sucks, but it's what I have to do if I ever want a home here. I've toyed with moving to PA, but that would make my commute unbearable.
I don't look forward to paying $6,000 in taxes on a $250k condo, but I don't have a choice.

Network Technician-currently make ~$40K
Starting a new job in Chicago that pays $54K
Bought TL used when I was 21. Still getting dirty looks from the conservative folks around here.

Teacher...I make 65k a year. We have a TSX and an MDX we have mostly paid off on both of them. Also bought a house in Silcon Valley recently... this damn place is expensive as well, and 150k + salaries of most techies here make the average 3 bedroom piece of crap house going for $750,000 look easy! At least I have summers off!!!

I am in sales with some marketing/e-comm responsibilities for a guitar string/ music accessory company. It's nice to be in an industry i have a passion for (i'm a guitarist/trumpeter). I make 45-50K depending on sales as part of my salary is commission based. I think that's decent money considering I live at home I can pretty easily afford the $320 lease (financing it would have been a bit tougher but doable). I like my TSX a lot and there's a good chance I'll buy the car at lease end, even if it's a bit more than the book I take care of my cars really well as I know you all do. Considering a loaded altima would have cost me more than a TSX w/ Navi., i think the TSX is a great value, IMHO that Altima is not even in the same league of build quality and refinement.

Electrical Test Engineer. I'm in the last category, but when I bought the TSX, I was the one lower than that. I can pay for my car and house and everything else with my salary, and think I've done pretty well for myself. My fiance's active duty salary is a nice bonus though.
