Would there be ANY regrets?

Would there be ANY regrets from buying a 2007 tsx(when it comes out) or buying a 2006 right now?

I have an 05 and there were significant additions to the 06. I don't regret it one bit (but I do think the 06's are nice).

No big difference between the 06 and 07. I'd save a few K and get the 06.

Only if you don't get the color, interior, and options you want/are happy with.

I would check to see if the TPMS can be transferred to aftermarket rims. Also if there are any problems/warning lights if the TPMS is disabled on aftermarket rims.

I would start looking for an 06, sometimes you get a good sales person and they can get you in a 07 for only a few bucks more.

Just make sure you get the nav, and you won't regret either way.

At least you know TPMS will work on RonJons.

Thanks for the link!

If they work with RonJon, imagine they will work with other aftermarket rims. I imagine the TPMS is a module that connects to the valve stem on the inside of the rim and you can X-fer to one rim to another (hopefully).

If you're thinking about modding, keep in mind that there's a good chance that Hondata will have to crack the 2007 ECU as well.

On the other hand, there's a small chance the ECU codes may be identical since nothing functional has changed and possibly no VIN-embedded changes happened as opposed to what happened in 04 to 05.

After you negotiate the price ask the salesman to trade you NAVI discs when the new one arrives.

Sorry, something happened to IE then I could not finish the post. I got my salesman to put in writing that he will give me the new NAVI disc for free if I give him my old one. It is a fair request.

you'd get the better deal with the 2006. I haven't been keeping track of the rumors of the 2008 model (next generation TSX), but you might be mad if you got a 2007 and then they come out with a turbo'd 2008.

I got my 2006 with the backup plan of trading it in for a later generation TSX down the line
