Will the K20 Engine Cover fit on K24?

Will the K20 Engine Cover fit on K24?
Was wondering because when I bought my 05 TSX, it didn't come with one.. And I see a manifold cover for 15 bucks local, and just wanted to grab it and spray over the VTEC 2.0

No it will not fit. The manifolds are designed completely different.
