My TSX aproaching 500 miles and in break in manual on this website it's recommended to change the oil. Has anyone followed the instructions or should I just ignore that.

 

I did mine after the first 5000 miles.....

Since you have the 06, then just follow the MM. Also, there are many existing threads on oil changes. You should be able to find other oil change related threads by doing a quick search, and reply within those threads.
