When is better to install body kit

Is it ok to install a oem skirts kit, in winter?
Now it is about 3-5 ˚c (38-41˚f) range and i will install it inside in a garage that is about 10˚c (50˚f). Or shall I wait to spring? Thanks.

If you want the 3m tape to stick well get a warm day, cold days make it harder for it to stick. Also you waste alot of 3m tape if you screw up.

thanks... I like the front lip alone. I did get the sides and rear lip since i got a good price for it.
I do like the euro front grill.
