What do tegs usually last for?

I figured i'd put it in here since it was acura related.. I'm looking for a 2nd car since I have a lease and Ive been driving more then I expected and I'm selling my truck. I was thinking maybe a nice used Teg would be good but many of them have over 100k on them (that ive seen) is it like the old accords where they are just getting broke in at 100k?

Good news, my only other question is when things do need to be fixed, what usually goes wrong?

Had a 94 GSR. Drove it hard. Sold it in 02 with close to 200,000 KM on it (120,000 miles) Still see it around town. Only problem was the typical Honda rust over the rear wheel wells.
