USDM fog lights, partial replacement

USDM fog lights, partial replacement
Hello.
Today i have found that one of my fog lights is cracked. So i decided to by a JDM ones, cause it is closer to me. But i do not want to buy thew whole kit, can i buy only JDM fog light units and will it fit my USDM garnish, or should i buy it with garnish ?

www.handa-accessories. You can buy the correct side and replace. I think someone on here did a DIY.
