UK 2.4 Exec doesnt have Fuel computer!

UK 2.4 Exec doesnt have Fuel computer!
Hi guys,
Ive been reading the forum for a couple of months now in anticipation of my new 2.4 Exec, and now I have it, I have a couple of questions!
Firstly, I LOVE my car..I got it in Graphite Pearl with the Penta alloys, sports body kit, and lowered suspension option, and I really looks great. (Ill post some pics soon).
Strange though, it seems that the UK spec 2.4 Exec (w/ Nav) doesnt have ANY fuel computer options! I read the (very thick) manual and it says nothing about it, and a call to the UK Customer service desk revealed that its indeed not included on ANY of the UK Accord models.
What IS going on? Even the most basic cars over here have a fuel computer, but without it, I cant even see how many miles I have left and Ill just have to rely on the orange light on the dash. Seems a VERY odd omission for an 'Exec' car.
I went into to the Navigation 'set up' screens, and can see every other option that you guys have, but the fuel calibration one is missing.
Also it seems we dont have the luxury of the window opener/closer from the key fob/door locks. It states in the manual 'on some models' but obviously NONE in the UK. Any ideas why?
Thankfully I seem to NOT have the standard no-cost US option of extra squeaks and rattles
but the body kit sills seems to rattle a little bit at..well, excessive speed *ahem* Could it be the sills, or something else perhaps?

Congrads on the buy. The non-navi models here don't have the fuel computers as well.
