If they hit 15,000 in October, do people actually think they'll stop making them and leave dealerships dry of TSX's for months? Of course not, 15,000 is just a target sales number, if they can sell more they will make more.

Besides, it is only another month before the "official" 2004 model year starts, so I am sure Honda will justify additional cars by saying they have "re-adjusted" the allocation for the 2004 model year.

just out of curiosity , anyone know the numbers for the US mazda6 sales? i heard their 4cylinder isnt selling at all (who could blame customers, for an extra grand you can get the v6 - mazda's stupid pricing kicked them in the ass again). anyways, i know mazda wanted to reach 15k for the mazda6, any idea of where it is in the US market right now?

well, it's gettin' ridiculous is all I have to say.
I went to go show a couple family members today what the TSX looks like in a few different colors . We went to the Elmhurst, IL. dealer first, which had a CG, a red, a blue and a black one on the lot just last Wednesday. ALL GONE today, except for the red. grrr.
So we went to the Lisle, IL. dealership too, which had a CG, black and blue earlier in the week. But today.. just one.. the blue. double grrr.
I guess that wasn't all I had to say.

Makes sense. I see at least twice as many 6es on the road as TSXes. Good find, Count.

Of course BMW is deliberately holding back on producing more Mini Coopers regardless of the demand.
